Degree in Business Administration
Postgraduate Diploma in HR Management

Possesses >30 years of working experience with 20 years in leadership roles specialising in Human Resources Management.
He was Regional HR Director – APAC and a member of the Regional Management Team with Teleplan (after-market-service), HR Director with X-FAB (wafer-foundry), Group HRM with Transocean (logistics) and HRM with Dynacraft (back-end semiconductor).
2016 – Lead Teleplan to win the Malaysian Dutch Business Council’s sustainability award in elite category.
2011 – Lead X-FAB Sarawak to win the HR Minister Award by Minister of HR Malaysia.
Actively conducts forums & talks in universities & as panel in public forums on leadership & HR related topics.
Held various positions during his career; Chairman for Sarawak Electronics Companies’ Association (SECA), Chairman for Semiconductor Fabrication Association of Malaysia (SFAM) and panel member for various universities representing corporate leaders.
Passionate in developing human capital & strategic HR.
